FARVATX is an extension of a FAmily-based Rare Variant Association Test (FARVAT) (Choi, et al., 2014) to X-linked variants. In addition to FARVATX analyzes large scale genome data in computational efficiency.
FARVATX is being programmed and maintained by Sungkyoung Choi and Sungyoung Lee.
